Blueberry, Banana, Wheatgrass Smoothie (Serves 1)

Method:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Add Chia seeds and oats to top off if you would like to add some crunch.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons Chia seeds (pre-soaked)
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • ½ banana
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh wheat grass
